You may browse this website and use its links for personal or business purposes. Please don’t misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, overload it or send spam through its forms.

2. JellyDock apps

Our apps are separate products that open from this website. Free apps are provided as they are, and paid features, when offered, will show their price and terms before you pay. An app’s own page or in-app notice may add terms for that app.

3. JellyDock Studio services

Prices on the Studio page are starting prices in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. They are information, not an offer: the scope, price, schedule, ownership and payment terms of any project are set in a written agreement that we both accept. We don’t take payments on this website. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract.

4. Content and trademarks

The JellyDock name, logo, text and design of this website belong to JellyDock. Please don’t copy them in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you.

5. Disclaimers and liability

This website and our free apps are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate and available but cannot promise they will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of this website.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
